We provide free samples for customer tests. The shipment fee is paid by the customer or shared depending on the project. Deposit is required and will be fully returned after the test. Test time is 2 weeks since the products had received.

1. Production schedule will be updated regularly as the customer required.

2. Photos and videos will be provided based on the production schedule.

3. Over 3 times test will be done before shipping.

1. Warranty of all the products will be one-year. Customer can extend the period with extra fees by communication with salespeople.

2. After the warranty period, technology supports are always available. Fixed, consulting and replacement services are provided all the time.

1. After-sale feedback: salesmen receive the customer feedback and fix the problem at once with the engineer and software department. If they can’t solve the problem, the Customer Complaint Information Description Form will be collected and will be sent to the Quality Department for analysis.

2. Problem Product Analysis: After receiving feedback from customers, the general engineer with be together with the quality department to carry out experimental analysis, testing, and finally make the decision such as free replace, refund, online technology support, etc.

The first feedback will be done within 24 hours. Analysis and solution paper will not be late over 2 working days.
